I'VE NEVER HAD A DOG WALKING SERVICE, HOW DOES IT WORK?

Please contact us through our website and we will get back to you within 24 hours to guide you through the process and to set up a meeting. We will go over your dog's history, regular routine and answer all and any questions you may have. We will also take the time to go over all of the paperwork - including our proof of insurance. This is also a good time to give us a copy of your house key, which will save us from having to make another appointment.


Can I keep tabs on my dog while he is with W+M?

Of course! We update our social media regularly. Please follow us on Instagram for real-time updates. We are also happy to personally email you updates and photos of your pet, if requested. 

What area do you service?




WILL MY DOG GET DIRTY ON A walk?

The short answer is "yes".  We walk rain or shine and most dogs love to get dirty. We will do our very best to ensure your dog is clean and dry before we return them, but there is a limit as to how much time we can spend on each dog.  Please let us know if you would like us to leave your dog in a designated area in the house and we will be happy to accommodate. 
 

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

Winnie + Me are Eco-conscious, therefore all invoicing will be done electronically on a bi-weekly basis. We will inform you at our first meeting as to when you can expect your first invoice. A single walk service is billed and asked to be paid immediately after the service is completed unless other arrangements have been made.

HOW DOES WINNIE + ME ACCESS MY HOME IF I'M NOT THERE?

Most clients prefer to give us a copy of their key.  It makes it easy and convenient to contact us and schedule a service on short notice. However, if you prefer to make other arrangements, we can discuss that during our initial meeting. There will be a $10 charge each time we need to pick up or return your key.
